I'm Shanai, the massage therapist at R&R.

My journey into sports massage therapy started with a personal challenge – a lower back injury I got during my time in the Army. Seeking help from physiotherapists, sports therapists, and chiropractors not only helped me recover but also sparked my passion for helping others find relief from pain.

I've always loved fitness and staying active, especially through CrossFit, running, and yoga. This love drove me to focus on my own recovery and explore different treatments to see what worked best for me. I learned that healing is different for everyone, and patience is key.

Inspired by my own experience, I decided to change my career path. I'm now pursuing a Chiropractic degree with the goal of helping others move comfortably and live pain-free lives.

In my quest for knowledge and holistic wellness, I earned my qualification in Sports Massage. With this, I founded R&R to continue learning while providing personalised care to my clients. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know I'm making a real difference in people's lives every day.
