Sports Massage

Sports massage is a focused form of soft tissue therapy designed to reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery.

Whether you’re training regularly, managing an old injury, or simply dealing with everyday stiffness, treatment is tailored to your needs - combining techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work to restore movement and ease discomfort.

You don't have to be an athlete to get a sports massage! Whether you're a desk-worker, parent, avid DIY-er or hardcore gardener, we are here to help.

The 'Full Body MOT'

The Full Body MOT is an in-depth, head-to-toe treatment designed to assess, realign, and restore balance throughout the body. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, using a combination of soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, and advanced techniques to relieve tension and improve mobility.

Where appropriate, the session may also incorporate other modalities such as dry needling, cupping, or instrument-assisted work to enhance results and target deeper areas of restriction.

Ideal for anyone seeking a full-body reset - leaving you feeling lighter.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s natural detoxification and fluid balance. Using light, specific movements, this treatment encourages the flow of lymph - reducing swelling, easing fluid retention, and promoting overall wellbeing.

It can be especially beneficial for those experiencing bloating, inflammation, post-surgical recovery, or hormonal changes. MLD also offers a deeply relaxing effect on the nervous system, helping to calm the body and restore balance from within.

Each session is tailored to your needs and may be combined with other restorative techniques to enhance results.
