If you’re coming in for an upper or lower back massage, the best approach is to remove your top entirely to allow full access to your back muscles. For ladies, I recommend wearing a bra that can be easily unclipped, giving me access to the areas that need treatment while ensuring your comfort.
When treating the lower body, loose-fitting shorts are ideal. Tight clothing, such as cycling shorts, can restrict access to key muscle groups like the upper legs and glutes. To get the most out of your session, make sure any clothing can be easily adjusted or moved to allow me to work directly on the muscles of your thighs and calves.
Clothing Guidelines:
• To maintain a professional environment, clients are expected to wear appropriate attire during treatments.
• If I’ll be working on your lower back, glutes, or hamstrings, please wear shorts or boxers.
• Clients must wear at least underwear to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the session.
• You will always be draped with a top sheet, towel, or clothed for your comfort and privacy.
• Feel free to leave on as much clothing as you feel comfortable with.
It’s common to experience mild muscle soreness or tenderness following massage therapy. This is a normal part of the healing process and should subside as your body recovers.
It is advised to drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours. Exercise is not recommended for 24-48 hours after your treatment.
You can easily book your session online through our online booking system. Simply choose your preferred time and treatment, and secure your spot with a few clicks.
Life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations result in full payment of the session.
